This Privacy Policy describes how Revmax(“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information when you use our mobile application, Revmax (the “App”).
We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to explain what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. Please read this carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
1. Information We Collect
Account and Support Communications
If you contact us by email (for example, office@tiktech.one), we collect your email address and the contents of your message in order to respond and to maintain support records.
Driving and Vehicle Data
When you use Revmax, we collect various types of data related to your vehicle and driving activities:
- Location Data: GPS coordinates, routes taken, trip start and end locations
- Trip Information: Trip duration, distance traveled, timestamps
- Driving Metrics: Speed, acceleration, braking patterns, cornering, G-force, and driving behavior
- Vehicle Data: Vehicle identification, mileage, and related telemetry (if available)
- Usage Patterns: Frequency of trips, preferred routes, driving times
How We Use Your Driving Data
- To analyze your driving patterns and provide personalized insights
- To generate rankings, statistics, and analytics about your trips
- To improve our analytics algorithms (in anonymized and aggregated form)
- To provide recommendations and insights about your driving habits
Data Collection Methods
Revmax collects data through:
- GPS and location services on your device
- Device motion sensors (CoreMotion) and connected vehicle systems (if available)
- Manual input from you
- Integration with vehicle telematics systems (if applicable)
2. Data Storage and Retention
- Driving data is stored securely to provide you with historical analytics and trends
- Location data is retained to generate route analysis and trip history
- Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained longer for service improvement
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal driving data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: With third-party vendors who help us operate the App, process data, or provide analytics services
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users)
- Anonymized data: We may share aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you individually
We do not share your specific location data or detailed driving patterns with third parties except as necessary for service operation or as required by law.
4. Location Data
Revmax requires access to your location data to function properly. We collect location information:
- While you are driving or using the App
- To track trips and routes
- To provide location-based analytics and leaderboards
You can control location permissions through your device settings, but disabling location services will limit the App's functionality.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- HTTPS / TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our backend services
- Secure storage on managed cloud infrastructure (AWS, accessed through Supabase), with disk-level encryption at the infrastructure layer
- iOS Data Protection for data stored locally on your device
- Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, controlled by role-based access controls
- Regular security assessments and dependency updates
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: Request access to the personal information and driving data we hold about you
- Deletion: Request deletion of your driving data and personal information
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Opt-out: Disable location tracking or data collection through device settings
- Export: Request a copy of your driving data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy
Revmax is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
8. Third-Party Services
Revmax uses the following third-party services to operate the App. Each provider receives only the data necessary for its function, governed by its own privacy policy:
- Supabase, Inc.(United States) — backend infrastructure and authentication. Receives: profile, vehicles, trip summaries, friend connections, authentication tokens, IP address. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.
- PostHog, Inc.(United States) — product analytics. Receives: anonymous user identifier, app interaction events (e.g. screens viewed, trips started, buttons tapped), device model, OS version, app version, and approximate geolocation derived from IP. Privacy policy: posthog.com/privacy.
- RevenueCat, Inc.(United States) — subscription management. Receives: app user identifier, App Store transaction events, entitlement status. Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Apple Inc.— Sign in with Apple, In-App Purchases, push notifications. Receives: email address and name (only if you choose to share them when signing in), App Store payment data, APNs device token. Privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
- Google LLC— Google Sign-In. Receives: email address and basic profile (only the fields you grant during sign-in). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)— underlying cloud hosting used by Supabase. AWS does not receive your data directly from Revmax; it operates as a subprocessor of Supabase.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any party not listed above.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from within the App, we delete your profile, trips, friends, and related data from our active systems within 7 days. Anonymized or aggregated analytics events that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.
Backups are retained for up to 30 days for disaster recovery purposes and are overwritten on a rolling basis.

10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland to the United States rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
11. EU and UK Users — GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following additional rights and disclosures apply:

- Legal bases for processing:
- Performance of a contract — operating the App and providing the service you signed up for (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Consent — analytics and any optional features that ask for permission (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.
- International transfers: Personal data may be transferred to the United States via our service providers. These transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You may file a complaint with your local data protection authority. A list is available at edpb.europa.eu.
- Automated decision-making: We do not use your personal data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
12. California Users — CCPA / CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA:
- The right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it (all disclosed in Sections 1, 3, and 8).
- The right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Revmax does not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
- The right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact office@tiktech.one. We will verify your request by matching your identity to your account. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf with appropriate written authorization.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates or changes. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
